Social protection & informal economy?
WCL provides 10 remedies... |
We are glad to present to you our new means to campaign. By means of this "medicine box" and the accessory campaign poster, we want to invite our trade unions and other organisations to take more active steps to improve the social protection of the informal economy workers.
 As an international trade union organisation we offer 'merely' ten remedies. 'Merely', because social protection for informal economy workers is more than a medicine. The real adaptation of social protection systems in favour of informal economy workers requires much more efforts, but particularly courage on the part of the policy-makers.
With this campaign WCL touches the sore. Medicines and remedies are insufficient: structural adjustments are required. In any case WCL and its partners have assumed their part of the responsibility. With this campaign we also want to urge the (inter)national authorities and institutions to lend their cooperation.
How can you support our campaign?
 | Hang the poster at a visible place and mention your organisation in the special field for this. |
